About

I have been taking photos all my life. Well, since my teens. So it was no wonder I had my camera with me when I went to study at the College of Europe in 1967/8.

I ended up with over 600 35mm negatives which, fortunately, I catalogued and labeled when I got home.

In any event, the films themselves were numbered while I was in Brugge as the practice was, as best I recall, to put photos up on the noticeboard and fellow students could order copies at cost.

I'm not long returned from the 50th anniversary celebration of my graduating from the College. I took loads of photos this time round too and you can see some of them on another new blog.

The experience motivated me to fish out my old negatives, scan them, and turn the results into a series of themed blog posts, which is what you see on this blog.

I'm still working on it as at 10 September 2018.
